Last updated: 3 September 2026Submitting a form is a request, not an automatic confirmation. Availability, pickup details, final price and any special arrangements are confirmed personally by our team. A reservation becomes confirmed only when we tell you it is confirmed.
The booking record and final confirmation use the package’s base currency. Other currencies displayed on the website are rounded estimates based on recent reference rates and may differ from the final exchange amount charged by a bank or provider.
Cancellation terms shown on the relevant experience and in the confirmation apply. Contact us as early as possible for changes. Supplier availability, weather, safety or events outside reasonable control may require an itinerary adjustment, alternative or cancellation.
Travellers must provide accurate contact and participant details, disclose relevant accessibility or safety needs, follow guide instructions and comply with applicable laws. Content and services may not be misused or disrupted.
